Do you offer a warranty on your work?
We stand by our products and services 100% and provide a 1-year warranty free of charge on workmanship carried out by our team. All products used by Flushed Away have a manufacturer’s warranty.
Do I need to get permits or is that covered under the repair/work costs?
Any permits or inspections needed to complete the job are covered in our fees and handled accordingly. We will advise you if permits are needed for your job.

How are you with budgets and schedules?
We know you need your job to come in on budget and on time. We will keep an eye on costs and schedules and, in the unlikely event that something needs to be adjusted, we will let you know as soon as possible.
